The legal basis for processing your information.
The basis for processing is necessary for a contract with the individual and processing is lawful on this basis. Contracts would be for hire of equipment, bookings for packages and Ski School and Ski lift passes made with the Lecht Ski Company Limited. The purpose of the processing is to allow correct equipment/ tickets to be issued to the customer.
Data is only gathered from the information you directly provide us.
Data is not used for any other purposes. Data for ski hire is stored for 1 year at the Ski Centre, to allow for repeat bookings. Data is also kept for 1 year by the programme designer. No Data is given by the Lecht Ski Company Ltd to any third party. Data for season tickets are kept for one year at the Ski Centre. Data of email addresses used with the persons approval for direct communicatis is kep till notified by that person. There is no automated decision making or profiling. The provision of personal data is part of a contractual requirement and failing to provide the personal data will mean the contract to supply goods cannot proceed.
Complaints.
The Best way of resolving a complaint is to address them on the day with the relevant activity. If your complaint cannont be resolced on the day, please send details to us at the Lecht Ski Centre at info@lecht.co.uk
