Travelator recently installed giving easy access to beginners.

On busy days there will be a queue as it takes time to correctly fit 600 sets of skis/ boards and bindings. To speed up the process it helps all of us if customers could do the following:

Everyone who hasn't pre-booked will need to pick up a ticket number from outside the ski hire internal entrance, one ticket per booking, complete a booking form. You must have ID.Then wait in the cafe or bar until your number appears.

Pre booked equipment on internet/telephone,Go to the MAIN TICKET OFFICE desk 3 pay and pick up your tickets.Then proceed to the rental department desk 5 or 6 and pick up your equipment.Please remember some form of identification.

For bookings combined with ski instruction please go straight to the ski school, and your hire equipment will be allocated by the instructor.Please call ski school on 01975651412 to book please note you are unable this package via the internet.

For ad hoc bookings. After taking a ticket, please take a ski hire request form and you can now wait away from the corridors. Fill out the form with all the details required. It is essential that this is completed before you arrive at the hire desk.

Due to the re developement of the tubing area there will be no tubing on offer this summer.

Summer activities are open daily July and August weather permitting

There are age restrictions on the summer activities. Quad Bikes 5 years and over, go karts and deval karts 10 years and over.
